JOPER offers technical training (to clients that acquire our roasters) at our headquarters in Portugal and at our agents/distributors offices. Please contact us for further information. In this way, our clients can test the quality of our equipment and see their potential while they are accompanied by an expert in coffee that will explain the whole process. As a result the client and their employees may acquire further competence.
JOPER provides further technical training for preventative maintenance, so that the client can operate the equipment in perfect working conditions and with no unexpected shutdowns.
ROASTING ON JOPER ROASTERS
The practical course has a curriculum that depends directly on the interests and needs of the client. Come and see how to roast on Joper roasters and our professional roasting software. The roasting course lasts for two full days and will teach you how to improve various roasting profiles, practicing, improve and learn new roasting skills, allow you to continuously achieve your desired color of roasted coffee, distinguish roast defects and clarify the best way to avoid them.

Diogo Amorim is the founder and roaster of Luso Coffee Roasters, founder and teacher of ABCoffee, has a Master Degree in Coffee Economics and Science at University of Trieste, where he is assistant professor for Hands on Roasting subject, also has SCA Professional certification for Roasting and Green Coffee.
